Orders are shipped out directly from any of our International warehouses and they will do everything they can to get you your order as fast as they can. You can track your package at every stage using your tracking number.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Time -

Netherlands Post and Singapore Post support worldwide delivery.

Shipping Options	Delivery Time
US Express	US Express will ship to the US only by USPS. Average delivery time is 10-15 days.
UK Express	UK packages will be shipped by UK Express. Average delivery time is 9-14 days.
CA Express	CA Express will ship to Canada only by Canada Post. Average delivery time is 10-17 days.
AU Express	AU Express will ship to Australia only by Australia Post. Average delivery time is 10-14 days.

*Note: In busy season, there may be 5-7 days delay.

Return & Refund Policy

We make constant effort to provide the best assistance for all users. To handle the return & refund issue, please refer to the following guidelines.

What You Need to Provide to Our Email ID:

1. Photos/videos of the damaged item.
2. Tracking number of the item.

We Will Make Refunds in Following Cases:

1.    Damaged Products
2.    Incorrect Products: Product with the wrong color, size, etc
3.    Products Unable to Ship
4.    Delayed Orders: In Normal circumstances – more than 30 days and In busy season – more than 40 days
5.    Cancel Orders: Full refund if the order cancels before the product is shipped
6.    Missing Packages

Used products, or products damaged by the customer will not be eligible for refund. Customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs for returning an item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
